Care
Care Guide
Care depends on the material, so every product page carries care instructions for that exact piece. The notes below are a gentle general guide.
01
Stainless steel and gold PVD
Stainless steel 304 and 316L with 18K gold PVD plating is made for everyday wear. Perfume, cosmetics, hairspray and household chemicals are best kept away from it, as is prolonged contact with water. After wearing, a soft dry cloth is enough.
02
Pearls
Cultured freshwater pearls and artificial pearls both like a gentle approach. Jewellery goes on last, after perfume and cosmetics, and comes off first. A soft dry cloth removes traces after wear, and pearls rest best stored separately, away from sharp edges.
03
Acrylic, resin, PU and more
Acrylic, resin, glass, ceramic and PU each have their own character. Strong sun, heat, sharp objects and harsh cleaning products are best avoided, and a soft dry cloth is enough for most surfaces. The details for a specific piece are always on its product page.
04
Storage
Pieces are happiest stored dry and apart from each other, in a soft pouch or a box with compartments, so chains do not tangle and surfaces do not scratch. Threads and scarves are best kept away from moisture and direct sunlight.
