Synarava delivers orders within Portugal and to countries of the European Union. The delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout once the delivery address is entered, and the order total including delivery is shown before payment.

Delivery is available within Portugal and to countries of the European Union. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout, so it is worth checking that the details are complete and accurate before placing the order.
If delivery is not available to an address, this is shown at checkout.

The delivery cost and the estimated delivery time depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout before payment.
The delivery times shown are estimates. Unless another period has been agreed, the order is delivered within 30 days of the purchase.

Where tracking is available for the selected delivery method, tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. The delivery cost is shown separately at checkout before payment.

Delivery problems and returns
If an order is delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, a message to care@synarava.com with the order details is welcome. This does not affect any statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
